The VBS Poynton Band enjoy headlining with Take That and X Factor star in the rain.
The Vernon Building Society Poynton Band was one of the headline acts at the recent ‘Party in the Park’ event.

The band was also joined by award-winning tribute band Want U Back: Take That, X-Factor & Eurovision performer Andy Abraham and charismatic compare Leroy Lurve!

Spokesperson Adrian Horn told 4BR: "Thanks must go to the audience of 2000 plus people who braved the weather and were still there at the end in a huge deluge of rain, singing along to ‘Rule Britannia’ as the band played ‘Fantasia on British Sea Songs’. It finished off the evening with a rousing climax."
